Wastewater Treatment : Packaged MBR System in a Container

After more than years of experience in the industry, we have come to one fundamental lesson, which is that effective, reliable wastewater treatment should be easy, efficient, and economical. That’s why we’ve engineered a solution that checks every box: a Packaged MBR System built inside a container. Designed with advanced MBR technology, it delivers clean water with minimal effort, setup, and maintenance.
Why a Containerized MBR System Is a Game-Changer
Containerized systems are small, portable, and do not need significant civil work. We formulate them to operate 24 days 7 days on fully automatic control. These systems are suitable for small waste treatment projects of less than 200 m 3/day. Whether it's for a hotel, factory, or residential complex, this Packaged MBR System saves money, reduces installation time, and delivers stable performance.
From inlet to outlet, the system includes:
- Anaerobic Tank
- Aerobic Tank (MBBR)
- MBR reactor with integrated membrane
- Advanced control room for automation
Everything is tidily installed in a rust-free steel vessel, and it is extremely durable and will provide a solution in any weather.
Powered by Advanced MBR Technology
MBR technology combines biological treatment and membrane separation into one system. Such a two-prong solution eliminates suspended solids, bacteria, and viruses so that you are left with clean water that can be reused. At the heart of our system is the MBR reactor, which handles the biological treatment before the ultrafiltration membranes polish the effluent.
We apply high-performance ultrafiltration membranes, such as NM-UF-250, which is manufactured using PVC or PVDF. The membranes of those include:
- Hollow fiber design (inside-out or outside-in)
- Up to 78 m² membrane area per module
- SDI ≤ 2.5 for consistent filtration
- 99.99% organics removal
- Operating pH range of 2–13
These features ensure long-term reliability and water quality that meets international discharge standards.
Key Applications
Our Packaged MBR System serves a wide variety of applications:
Hotels and Resorts
Treat daily wastewater locally, and the water is clean enough to irrigate the landscape or to use in toilets.
Industrial Facilities
Help water-intensive applications such as food processing, car washes, or textile manufacturing with high-performance treatment.
Remote Camps and Communities
From construction sites to rural villages, put our containerized system in place where there is no centralized sewage line.
Municipal Decentralized Treatment
Ideal when there is a small town or school that requires a low-maintenance wastewater solution of its own.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is MBR technology?
A: It is a hybrid of membrane filtration and biological treatment, which provides very clear water that is suitable for reuse or safe discharge.
How does the MBR reactor function?
A: It biologically pre-treats the wastewater prior to membrane, the sludge is reduced, and treatment efficiency is doll.
How frequently should maintenance be made?
A: The backwashing occurs at intervals of 15 to 60 minutes. Only every 30 -90 days, deep chemical cleaning is needed.
Is it suitable for a season or a mobile application?
A: Absolutely. It is fully containerized, which means that it can be moved and reinstalled anytime it is required.
Do we have after-sales services?
A: We do offer technical support, training, and spares to maintain continuous long-term operation.
